ZMEEVA combines software engineering, digital design and technology consulting to create practical digital products for businesses and organizations. Our approach is based on understanding each client's requirements and building solutions specifically around their workflows and objectives.
That sounds like every agency's About page, so here is the part that actually distinguishes one supplier from another: we write the scope down before we start, we show working software rather than progress reports, and the source code belongs to you when the project ends.
How we prefer to work
Four commitments we are willing to be held to
None of these are unusual in good engineering practice. They are listed because in custom software they are also the things most often quietly dropped.
Scope in writing
What is included, what is not, and what happens when something new comes up mid-project — agreed before development starts, not negotiated afterwards.
Working software, early
You see the product running in short increments. If it is going in the wrong direction, that becomes obvious in week two rather than week ten.
The code is yours
Full source code, documentation and deployment instructions are handed over. Nothing is built so that only we can maintain it.
Honest refusals
If an off-the-shelf product would serve you better than custom development, we will say so. A badly matched project costs both sides more than it is worth.

Based in Wałbrzych, working across the EU
